Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping varies per item. Most small items take 10-17 days, while most large items take 25-40 days. Check the product description of each item for more specific information. We'll provide tracking information once your order ships.
- We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Free shipping on all US orders!
- You'll receive a tracking link in a confirmation email that you can use anytime to check your order's status. You'll also receive email updates from Terra (our operational partner) as your order moves through production and shipping.
Returns & Service
- We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Sale items are final sale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- To start a return, please contact our support team at support@useterra.com with your order details and reason for return. We'll guide you through the return process and provide you with return instructions.
- We carefully package all items, but if damage occurs during shipping or if you discover a defect, please document it with photos and contact us within 48 hours. We offer full refund or replacement for defective items.
- Our customer service team is available via email at support@useterra.com. We typically respond within 24 hours during business days.

- All our furniture comes with a comprehensive 6-month warranty covering structural defects and manufacturing issues. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer full refund or replacement for any defective items.

- Yes, if it hasn't entered production yet. Once production starts, cancellations aren't possible. Contact us at support@useterra.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
